Summerland Property Developers (Pvt) Ltd, established in 2003 to create exclusive real estate projects under BOI approved Company and its developments include the “ Summer Empire “ a successfully completed 12 storey apartment complex consisting of 80 apartments at No : 33, Fedrica Road, Colombo 06.

Our current project “ Summer 64 “ was recently launched, developed on a 68 perch block consisting of 56 luxury apartments elegantly and comfortably designed with sufficient cross ventilation to satisfy your lifestyles with modern facilities, composed of 2 and 3 bedrooms in a well connected locality with easy access off Havelock Road, W. A. De Silva Mawatha & Dharmarama Road with a dynamic combination of facilities around. On the opening day itself majority of the units were reserved and sold out.

Probably the only apartment located in a very peaceful & calm environment with lots of greenery and open spaces, while simultaneously connected with all major roads. Additionally, the only apartment which has also provided free ground floor spaces for swimming pool along with play area for children and elders  relaxation.

Having decades of experience and expertise in commissioning and managing businesses in diverse sectors, the directors of the group conscious of the irreparable damage the fossil fuel has caused to the environment and to the economy of the country. Further they also share the vision of uplifting the living standards of the rural communities (consist 70% of the population) while making a substantial investment which would yield returns not only financially but socio-economic and environmental levels as well.
